All extension appointments require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your extension service total on the day of your appointment.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable due to the time required to customize, order, and prepare your extension hair.

Haus of Opal requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment rescheduling.

Due to the time, products, and customized nature of salon services, refunds are not offered.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have concerns regarding your color, extensions, or service outcome, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate adjustment if necessary.
